How to Blow Your Nose on the Run

How to blow your nose on the run without getting snot all over yourself or your fellow runners.  1.  Look around you to pick a proper launch path.  Make special note of the wind direction.  2. Point the index finger on hand opposite the nostril requiring clearing.  3. Place the tip of the finger firmly on the opposing nostril.  4.  Exhale sharply through the free nostril, preferably in the direction chosen in step 1.
