Campione d'Italia

Maratona Internazionale Dei Due Laghi - March. The course of this marathon starts in Campione d'Italia, a small city on the lake of Lugano. The city belongs to Italy but it is about 20k away from the Italian border, and it is surrounded by the Swiss territory. From the lake of Lugano the participants will then enter Switzerland, to cross again the Italian border and end in Como, on the famous lake (lago di Como).

Firenze

Firenze Marathon - November. The Florence Marathon takes place in one of the most fascinating cities in the world and its route takes the runners through the heart of it, filled with monuments and artistic sights. The race starts off at Piazzale Michelangiolo, leaving the breathtaking Ponte Vecchio behind, and it finishes at Piazza Santa Croce. Half course is run within the historical town centre, and the remainder across the Cascine Monument and National Park.

Genova

Maratona Del Mare - September. The course begins by going the seafront to Boccadasse, then meanders through the streets of old Genoa, then continues through the Old Port and turn back towards the famous lighthouse, La Lanterna, following the waterfront all the way to Foce.

Vigarano Mainarda

Vigaranomaratona - March. The start and finish are in the centre of Vigarano Mainarda. Running on a flat and fast course, you will reach Ferrara, wonderful medieval and renaissance town. The course has been certified by AIMS-IAAF technician in 1994. Refreshments at 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40 km and at the finish area. Personal refreshments will be collected at the Expo. Sponges at 7,500-12,500-17,500-22,500-27,500-32,500-37,500 km. Distance reference: every kilometer. Time keeping at 10-21-30 km.
