It's very nice to run near the Töölönlahti Bay at the Helsinki's downtown. One lap around the bay is about 2,1k so it's not very long course but the views are nice especially in the summer. You can find Töölönlahti Bay easily by going on Mannerheimintie and when you reach Finland Hall or The New Opera House, try to get somewhere behind them. Soon you should see a very nice bay around which you can run.
