Ten mile course along Sliema coast. Loop starts from Msida seafront, all along the coast passing through Ta' Xbiex, Gzira, Tigne', Sliema till you reach Spinola and back again to Msida seafront. The whole ten mile course is along the sea front and on a wide pavement. It is therefore safe and picturesque and very enjoyable.
