Every community in Liechtenstein has its own network of walking and hiking routes. There are no bigger cities in our country. Vaduz, the capital has 5017 inhabitants (31/12/1996). Marked rambling and hiking routes: 160 km (100 miles) in the alpine area and 240 km (150 miles) in the valley, also possibility of running on the walking path along the Rhein river.
