Quite a lot of people run and walk on the beach at Rendezvous Bay on the south western side of the island. This is a 2 1/2 mile long beach with a long streach of sand - and is usually not too crowded. Another place is Shoal Bay east in the morning before the crowd gets there: it is also a long beach to walk on. The roads in Anguilla are not very busy and are not bad for early morning power-walks or jogs but get a little busy between 7 am and 8 am for people going to work but not as bad as you think. The best spot so far is the Rendezvous Bay beach!
