Anguilla is a small and very flat island. This means that it is literally possible to run anywhere and many Anguillians as well as our visitors simply take to the island's main road. I am not sure how the popular spots listed below may have been affected by hurricane Lenny but I believe they are still in relatively good shape for runners: the road around the pond at Sandy Ground; the main road in West End; the main road in The Farrington/Long Path area; the Ronald Webster Park in The Valley; the Queen Elizabeth Avenue in The Valley; long stretches of beach such as Rendezvous and Shoal Bay (many options for beach runs).
