As you may know, Anguilla is an extremely flat island and the beaches are some of the most spectacular in the world! There aren't running trails as such, but one can enjoy our public beaches for an exhilarating run. Try Maunday's Bay, the beach of world-famous Cap Juluca and also Mead's Bay. Both are located on the Western end of the island. Shoal Bay East is great, too. Sandy Ground is also a breathtaking beach and an excellent jogging spot. There are much more, but you have to come and discover them for yourself!
