City dwellers; most visitors stay around Orchard Road hotel so don't have time to go to MacRitchie Reservoir. For morning runs, run west along Orchard to Tanglin then Holland Road until the Botanic Gardens; this gives many options and connects to a University with a track for laps; water stop at the orchid garden or the track. Scenic, with plenty of other runners to sweat with. Some races go over this ground.
