Al Ain is the Green City in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. For walking this city has no humidity, between Intercontinental and Hilton (short). Hafeet Mountain has a road which is nice for both running and walking, Maqam greenery on the sides of the road which is good for walking and running. Most of Al Ain people walk and run in the night because of the hot weather in the summer and since the greenery is everywhere and it is a small city they walk and run nearby there homes. For people looking for excitement running in the desert is ideal (going climbing up and going down with your legs going in the sand nice sense it is cooler in the night).
