Interior circuits of Safa Park in Jumeirah are good for shade, variety of flora & fauna, and running surface. Each lap is around 3.2 km, and so distances can be built up in multiple circuits, with accurate lap timing. Remember to take lots of fluid. This location is good from late October through April. At other times even the early morning temperatures can be oppressive.
