This is a good long run which will take you around some very scenic parts of Hong Kong. Start at Adventist hospital end of Bowen Road. Run to Wanchai Gap Road (2 km). Walk or run (depending on how fit you are) up to Stubbs road. Cross the road to the playground and run up Coombe Road. At top of Coombe Road, cross the road and run to the first junction which is Barker Road (before the petrol station). Run up Barker Road to the tram station. At the tram stop follow the road up to the peak. When you get to Peak Galleria there is a 3.5 km loop around the peak called Lugard road. You can go clockwise or anti-clockwise. The view going anti-clockwise is better. This will bring you back to the Peak Galleria. Make you way back to the playground on Stubbs Road. Once there follow Mt Cameron Road to the end (about 600m). Climb up a path to your left which will bring you to the entrance of Aberdeen Country Park. After entering the country park and take the first left which is about 100m after the gate. If you find that you are going down a steep hill then you have gone too far. After about 1 km, you will start climbing along a track for about 1.5 km (this is part of the Hong Kong trail and you will see markers along the side of the track). At the top you will be at Blacks link. Turn right here along a paved pedestrianised road till you get to Nam Fung Road (about 2 km). Turn left there and go down Wong Nei Chung Gap road till you get back to the Adventist. You can get water at the petrol station, the Peak cafe, a refreshment kiosk at the playground on Stubbs Road.
