When I was in Fuengirola I ran on Paseo Maritimo (the beach promenade). Most of the local people just seemed to be amused of runners but I saw some other people also running there. The surface is hard on Paseo and it's probably about 6k (4 miles) long. You shouldn't have hard time finding it, because it's located just near the sea.
