The Kingdom of Tonga is made up of about 150 small (repeat: small!!) islands, only 30-or-so of which are inhabited. The best running would probably be on the largest island, Tongatapu, which is only about 20 miles long and maybe 8-10 miles wide. The capital, Nuku'alofa, is located on the north side and there are coastal roads around the island that would be ideal for a pleasant run. The other major island, Vava'u, is in the northern group of islands 200 miles from Tongatapu and it, too, has several paved and unpaved roads that will accomodate a runner. Happy running!
