For those who love walking and hiking, Mount Mou provides a wonderful itinerary. Situated not far from the town of Paita, this 1220 meters tall mountain offers magnificent views over the Mount Mou valley, over the Tontouta lagoon and over a beautiful moss forest. To get there follow the asphalt road to the Col de Pirogue: the path starts approximately 400 meters before the sanatorium, along a creek.
