The best central London run is the Four-Park Run. Starting at Speaker's Corner in Hyde Park you can run along the north side of Hyde Park, round Kensington Gardens, back along the southern edge of Hyde Park before using the underpass to take you into Green Park and St James's Park and looping back round to Speaker's Corner. Sticking to the edge of the parks would make the run about 8 miles long, but there are plenty of paths to make the route longer or shorter. It's ideal for a lunchtime run.
