Along the island runs the Railway Trail which goes along the route of the old Bermuda Railway. There is also the South Road, which is also a nice trail. Both are paved paths. If you prefer running on sand go on the South Shore Park. There are also the Horseshoe Beach and Elbow Beach which are both good, but the Warwick Long Bay beach has the longest uninterrupted stretch of sand on the island but it is a bit softer than the other two.
