There are lots of places that are very interesting to run or walk in St. Vincent. Such places are: Nature Falls, our lovely volcano Lasoufrie just after the Dry river in George Town, Trinity Falls, St. Andrews mountain, Argile, Richmond beach, Salt Pond in Prospect or a ride to the Salt Pond in Owia which is very beautiful, Falls of Beline (this place I will encourage you to go to if you are in St. Vincent although you will need a boat to go to Falls of Beline) and of course our beautiful Botanic Garden which is located at Old Montrose. These places I referred to you may need transportation but only to a specific point then you will have to walk the rest youself. But if you are in the mood to just walk without transportation then you can take a five or fifteen minutes walk to one of our lovely beaches like Indian Bay or Valla but this only depend on where you are staying in St. Vincent (it will take you 15 minutes if you are staying in our city Kingstown or any where near the area).
