You start running at the Nordbrücke in Kempten at the river Iller. The trail goes for 15k along the river without one bit of roads or traffic. After about 8k there is the possibility of crossing the river at a bridge, so you can run on the other side back. Or you do a long jog all the way to Krugzell and back. And as I said, there are only trail-ways, no traffic, and flat along the river on soft ground.
