My favourite running course is nearly my home. Less than 200 meters from my house begin the wood. The Forest Road rise for 2 km, then come a flat open road with a few over the beautyful landscape, including a lot of wood and hills. Then I listen on the noises of animals and the wind. After 10 km I return deep in the forest. Some roes and stags crosses my road. Sometimes wild boars crosses my forest road. In the evening I listen often a nightingale. When I return, I lost all kind of stress and problems.
