For shorter runs in the city center try the Moritzpark, along the creek of the Kermisdahl, or head towards the Rhine meadows along the Spoy canal. The forest close to Hau (Sternwald) maybe nice on a hot summer day - visit the Prinz Moritz tomb and memorial and finish your run with a visit to the Sternbad (outdoor pools).
