Since Monaco is a very small Principality it is hard to know when you are in Monaco and when you may have wondered in to France. However, it will not make a difference to the runner as you will enjoy the scenery. I know it is one of the most beautiful places I have ran. Due to the traffic and many pedestrians I suggest any runner be careful and pay attention. The police may not care for you dodging in and out of traffic or jaywalking. We ran down on the quay then back through the tunnel under the Loews Hotel, going toward Italy.
