There is the Nelson Mandela Drive which borders the Vigie beach. The Vigie Beach is a two mile stretch of white sand beach which gives one the option of running along the beach or along the not too busy Nelson Mandela Drive. A rather pleasant route which trees along one side and the domestic airport (George Fl Charles) on the other. For a more invigorating route the jogger can continue uphill onto the St. Mary's College and back downhill.
