While in the city of Cusco, the best run is to climb (crawl!!!) out of the city using several option streets from the vicinity of the main plaza towards the Sacsayhuaman temple. When you reach the site you will find several fireroads to run on. It will be somehow flat here and you will be able to run. Another option is to run on the coblestone roads and admiring the awesome combination of Inca and Colonial construction.
