Trevor is right: the run from the strand to the top of Castle Hill is great, but the peak is not 900m! It is only around 280m (and that's quite enough for me). It gets hot and humid here so pick your time well. If you want an easier run just try along the Strand or further along the coast towards Pallarenda.
