Bois de La Cambre is an excellent place to run especially on a Sunday when they shut the road. Just follow Avenue Louise until the end and there is the park. If you want to extend your run, you can hop over the road to Forest de Soignes, huge area of forest. Bois de la Cambre is just about runable in the dark too, provided you stick to the edge. My favorite park to run in is Tervuren as it is a flat 5km loop around the lakes and through the trees.
