The "Promenade des Anglais" along the sea, is the best way to enjoy a training run in Nice. It's also a pleasant experience to run in the Gardens and Municipal Parks. You can breathe! I would recommend the "Parc Forestier du Mont-Boron", it's 11k (approximately 7 miles) of marked pathways, with rare species of flowers (wild orchids, lentiscus, and so on). The Forest Park of Mont-Boron is a favourite haunt of joggers, botany fans and casual strollers, come to admire the magnificent view of St-Jean Cap Ferrat to the East, the Bay of Angels to the West.
