Hi there! There are several good places to run in Paris: I run regulary in "Parc Monceau" which has a loop of pretty much 1 km. Good when you want to know how far you ran. Mixed running crowd, some serious runners doing their "speed sessions" and everybody else... Avoid this park in the afternoons during weekends with good weather. It tends to be full of people and lots of kids on the paths. Also, Bois de Boulogne. Here you have enormous possibilities to find your own route. Most people tend to run around the two small lakes (I do, the loop is about 3,8 km). There are all kinds of runners here, from the serious to the weekend warriors. Also I would like to mention all the tracks in Paris. You'll find most of them near the outskirts / near the "Periferique". For 20 francs ($ 2,80) you have acces for the month! Good running everybody!
