Leeds is a big city and there are many places to run. Top suggestions are: the lunchtime run from the city centre out and back along the canal (more scenic than it sounds); from the University Sports hall up the Meanwood Valley Trail to Meanwood Park (several variations). Leeds also has several large parks, notably Temple Newsam in South Leeds and Roundhay Park in North Leeds. The Harewood Estate in the north has many good tracks.
