Along the Sea Wall early in the morning. Start from Camp Street or Vlissengen Road and run eastward as far as you can go. You can then run back or use the public transportation. In the National Park or Botanical Gardens in the afternoon. The course in the park is circular with lots of small trees on both sides. The course in the Botanical gardens is straight running from east to west with lots of old large trees on both sides. Ponds with the world largest water plant the Victoria Regia can also be seen along the course.
