Pitcairn Island, made famous by the "Mutiny on the Bounty" and settled by its descendants, is a tiny, hilly island in the vast South Pacific. There are no running paths as such, although someone in very good shape might be able to run up the aptly named "Hill of Difficulty" which goes from the landing jetty to the only settlement, Adamstown. There are a number of walking paths, although most islanders seem to prefer the three-wheel all-terrain vehicles (there are no cars as such on the island). Being three-quarters of a mile wide and less than a mile long, there's not much chance of getting lost on Pitcairn. But beware: it's not easy to reach the island and you need permission of the Pitcairn Islands Government to stay as there is no hotel as such.
