Grand Cayman is a small island and walkers and runners will enjoy running any part of it. Some particularly good routes are South Sound Road, the Mastic Trail, the Queen's highway (not for the weak), the Seven Mile Beach, Safe-Haven (golf course) road, Cayman Yacht Club development, and the Dyke Roads. There is considerable traffic during certain times of the day and of course it is very hot (temperate to us Caymanians, but hot to most foreigners). The best months of the year are November through April.
