I would recommend that the running would take place on Seven Mile Beach road. It is a straight strip with lots of tourist hotels but really the only place with a sidewalk. Lots of runs on Cayman are done right here. You may want to make it a Sunday or Saturday, so as to avoid lots of traffic.
