Up to my experience "downtown" Adamstown you only can run the main road, from "big fence" to school and back. If you instead you want to run through landscape, you can start down at "landing" and can continue cross island to the other side. Main condition: it may not have been raining for two or three days, otherwise all the streets will be nothing but mud.
