A great place for running is Bosque da Barra at Américas Avenue, near Ayrton Senna Avenue. It’s right after Barra Shopping if you are coming from the south zone. The park has a dirt soil 3k loop (not well marked) under the trees shadows. A safe place open just at daylight time.
