If someone wants to run on São Tomé, we have two possibilities: running in the capital São Tomé, using the avenues close to the coast line. Start point is the airport. Go through by passing in front of the hotel Marlene Beach, and continue through Avenida Marginal until Pantufo. Another possibility is starting on the capital São Tomé and go through the mountains. Start point is "Praça de Taxi". Take the route to Madre Deus, proceed up through the town of Trindade, cross this town and go to Monte Café. On Monte Café go until hotel Pousada. There you have a view of the capital. Have a nice running.
