A very nice place to run in Rabat is the park located in the highest part of the city. The main entrance is very close to the Hilton Hotel. You can leave your car in the big parking area close to the hotel or, in alternative, in the road close to the entrance. No cars are allowed in the park. The running area, partially visible in the map, is bordered by Boulevard Ad-Dostour. The running track, essentially terrain, is about 3.5 km long. You can find there eucalyptus and conifers. Green grass can be used for streaching. You will find many, many runners even women (not all) with typical local dresses. There are no fountains in the park. Anyway avoid to drink fresh water.
