A long but pleasant road run (14 miles) takes you along the Strathkinness High Road, continuing straight on to Dirdum Hill, left through Dura Den with its fossilised fish embedded in steep cliffs, and left again at Pitscottie back to St Andrews via the Craigtoun Road. In addition there are many country roads and paths - the Ordinance Survey map of the area is recommended.
