A "relaxing" morning run can be experienced during the famous San Fermin during the middle of July. I ran it last year and found it to be quite enjoyable. Especially if you like to run in groups! And for the sprinters, encouragement is provided at 8:00 am for you to perform your best time to the Plaza de Toros!
