There are great courses for running and walking in Park Duque de Caxias (open 24 hours a day). The paths are well marked and full of trees. You can choose a 1k flat course or a 1.2k hilly. There are also the “Barraca do Frank”, in front of the soccer fields, where you can enjoy eating coconut, açaí (typical fruit) and chatting with friends. The park is at Av. Dom Pedro II, Bairro Jardim.
