Redcliffe Coastal Trail: fantastic running/bike trail along the foreshore. Every 100m is marked on the track. We normally start at the 7.5km marker near the Settleman Cove Lagoon and run north to the 0.0km marker for a 15km run. But you could continue south of the lagoon and run up to 30-35km and even continue to Shorncliffe. Sometimes you see dolphins along the way. Very pretty and relaxed run - no road crossings etc.
