I would like to indicate some running courses in Curitiba. In the Barigüi Park there are two courses (3300 meters or 5100 meters). Other courses are in the São Lourenço Park (1460 meters), in the Botânico Garden (1100 meters) and in the Iguaçú Park (5700 meters). These parks offer beautiful views and there are too many runners running on these courses, especially in Barigüi Park, that is the most famous Curitiba city postcard.
