Sigi trail. Coming from Bad Berleburg, drive with your car in the direction of Kuehude. Park there your car. Now run right on a trail along the sculpture path. When you reach the first sculpture, run left at the historical Klosterweg, coming nearby Schanze. Two hundreds meter befor reaching Schanze turn right after a water basin. Now run thru the wood in direction Albrechtsplace. When you reach Opferstein run left again for 50 meters, then right. Run up at the top, then right again and 200 meters after left. Now run a little bit down and then a long 3 km course - a very nice horizontal way - coming to Albrechtsplace. Here start back at Kuehude after 4k. The run is only a trail-run and marvellous, silent, crossing often animals like rabbits, muflons, wild pigs and others. The total distance is 12 km and I run that in a little more than 1 hour.
