There are quite a number of picturesque areas in Grenada for running, for example the Grand Anse beach, known as one of the top ten beaches in the world. If one is also interesting in "hashing", there are the mountain slopes of Grand Etang, Concord and Mt. Qua Qua. These areas are more for the exploring type of person. They are very much inland, and has much to do with running along tracks and trails in the wild.
