Running on the dirt track from the oyster place at Quinhamel towards the Biombo point is quite nice - especially if you get someone to pick you up rather than running an out-and-back. Order oysters before running, jump in the river when you get back, then drink lots of Pampa... In town you can find lots of people running at the Stadium 24 de Septembro.
