Running along the Rhine is probably the best and easiest if you are new in Bonn. From Kennedy Brücke to Adenauer Brücke in the south. Over the bridge and back to where you started is approximately 10 km. If you want to go somewhat longer you can turn south from Adenauer bridge and run through the Rheinaue park with a variety of ways. Another opportunity is to include the Nothern bridge (Nothern bridge to Adenauer and back on the opposite bank is approximately 15 km) but I can not recommend this, because the way onto the Nothern bridge is very unconvenient.
