In this old university town, we have plenty of opportunities to run wether you prefer to run trough the woods or choose to do some work on the track (there are 3 of them). It is a perfect spot to start visiting Belgium, being in the very centre of the country. Besides it's a superb place to run, just ask Hicham El Gerrouj and his running friends from the "Memorial Van Damme".
