If you are staying in Seoul on business you may well be in the Itaewon area, or staying at the Grand Hyatt. A great hill workout in this area is to run up Nam San hill to the Seoul Tower. Starting at either end of the one-way access road (either with or against traffic) you have a 2km steepish steady climb on good pavement, finishing with a 150m steeeeep sprint to the final open area by the the tower. There is a water fountain there, though the water supply is cut during winter. There is a toilet at the exit of the access road and I am sure there is also one at the top (never had to use it, though). There is also one about half way up the access road. Your return can either be back the same way, or continue down the other side of the hill by running in the same direction, then following the main road round the base of the hill to regain the point you started. The whole loop is maybe 6-7km. This is a hill run, remember, so expect your quads to be complaining the next day if you are not used to hills!
