Run on the beach, near the see where the sand surface is flat. It is a 10k long course from the Channel 1 to the end of the beach (Ponta da Praia) and then coming back. You can also run on the sidewalk (garden) along the beach where you will find kilometer marks, but I think it’s better to run on the beach because of the softer surface!
