My favorite running course is the 2.3k long sidewalk along Praia do centro (beach). For the longer trainings I also run around Santo Antônio hill, passing through Caraguatá Ecological Park and Canta Galo neighborhood. This course is a hilly 10k dirt path. It is also a great place for walkers. There are not toilets near the dirt course, but you can the ones in the stores along the sidewalk.
